Cancellation and Refund Policy

How to cancel

Sign in at app.controlloop.ai, open Billing, and choose Manage billing. That opens Stripe's customer portal, where you can cancel your subscription. The billing page then shows the date your access ends.

During the free trial

If you cancel during your 7-day free trial, you are never charged. You keep access until the trial would have ended.

After you've been charged

Cancelling stops the next monthly renewal. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund partial months.

If you believe a charge is a mistake, for example a renewal after you had cancelled or a duplicate charge, email controlloop.security@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge. We'll review it and refund any charge made in error to your original payment method.

Your data after cancelling

When your access ends, Team features stop. We keep your organization's data so you can pick up where you left off if you resubscribe. To have it deleted, email controlloop.security@gmail.com. The open-source scanner keeps working without a subscription.

Disputes

Please contact us at controlloop.security@gmail.com before disputing a charge with your bank. Most problems can be fixed the same day.
