Support and billing

For a quick question, use the chat button in the corner of any page on controlloop.ai.

Write to controlloop.security@gmail.com. Include your organization's name in the portal so we can find your account. To cancel, you don't need to contact us: use Manage billing in the portal.

Enterprise

To run ControlLoop on premises or in your own cloud, or to go beyond the Team limits of 10 private repositories and 25 contributors, email controlloop.security@gmail.com with "Enterprise" in the subject. Tell us where you want it to run, which source-control providers you use, and roughly how many repositories and people it should cover. We'll reply within one business day to set up a conversation.

Privacy requests

To ask what data we hold about you, or to have it corrected, exported, or deleted, email controlloop.security@gmail.com with "Privacy request" in the subject. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Security reports

Report a vulnerability in the open-source scanner through the security policy at github.com/controlloop-security/controlloop. For the hosted service, email us with "Security" in the subject, and please don't share details publicly until we've had a chance to fix it.
